EF Horsemanship strives to find great horses, great people and great people, great horses. When you consign with us we treat your horse like it is one of our own. Just like we wouldn't let one of our sales horses go to just anyone we would do the same for your horse. The perfect fit is our number one priority so you can be at peace with your decision knowing your horse is placed in a loving home.

Price: 5-figure + horses: 15% commission Includes:
-Ad creation
-Showing horse to potential buyers
-Riding/Assessing suitability
-Arranging pre purchase exam (if necessary) *buyer pays PPE expense
-Negotiations
-All discussions between seller/buying agent(s)
-Preparing and signing of bill of sale
-Sales video/pictures
-Listing/marketing/advertising

4-figure horse: 10% commission Includes:
-Ad creation
-Showing
-Riding/Assessing suitability
-Arranging pre purchase exam (if necessary) *buyer pays PPE expense
-Negotiations
-All discussions between seller/buying agent(s)
-Preparing and signing of bill of sale
-Sales video/pictures
-Listing/marketing/advertising

It is recommended to board the sale horse at the EF Horsemanship facility during the duration of the selling process, this will allow more opportunities to show the horse to buyers, get updated videos and pictures, etc. If the horse does not require any further training the rate is $15/day which includes daily care, hay and grain unless other feed is specified by owner. If continued training is required please see On Property Training.

*Trailering is buyer's expense but EF Horsemanship may be able to assist with arrangements or trailer for an extra charge.

Finders Fee ONLY: 5% commission Includes: Ad creation and posting, connecting buyer with horse. Seller does all own discussions, negotiation, viewing/assessing beyond initial bridge connection with seller.
